This video will show you the detailed steps how to assemble EA169F2 LED screen. Prepare tools: impact drill, screwdriver, expansion screw, hammer, level, tape measure, etc.
1.Install the support frame and EA169F2 LED cabinet:
Install the fixing screws, there are four fixing screws for each box.
Determine the height of the EA169F2 LED screen as needed and mark the distance on both sides.
Use the support frame to align the marked points, use a level to maintain the level, use an impact drill to drill holes, and install expansion screws.
Use connecting iron pieces to connect the two support brackets and install them on the wall.
Install the LED cabinet, align the support frame holes with the positioning posts, and tighten the screws.
2.Check whether the LED cabinet is level:
After all cabinets are installed, adjust the flatness of the cabinets to ensure a smooth surface.
3.Install and organize power cables and signal cables:
Connect the power cord between the cabinets, pass through the reserved hole, connect both ends, and reserve one end for connecting to the external power supply.
Connect the signal network cable inside the cabinet, pass through the signal cable hole. Then connect to the receiving card of each cabinet. Reserve one end for connecting to an external signal source.
4.Power on test:
Power on and test whether the LED power indicator and LED receiving card indicator are operating normally to ensure normal power supply and signal transmission.
5.Install the LED display module:
When the power supply and signal transmission are normal, disconnect the power supply and signal.
According to the direction marked by the arrow of the LED module, install it in sequence starting from the middle of the bottom and moving to both sides.
