Assembly tutorial video of EA1000C3 500x1000mm rental LED display. Here are the assembly steps:
1. Install the LED module into the box
Use a clamp to fix the LED module to facilitate the next step of assembly.
Use screws to install the handle to the back of the LED module
Place the EA1000C3 cabinet on the LED module, then use screws to connect and fix the LED module to the cabinet.
2. Install power supply, signal socket and indicator light
Install power sockets between LED screens. The blue one is the power inlet and the white one is the power socket. The indoor ones are blue on the left and white on the right, and the ones outdoors are yellow on the left and black on the right.
Install the bottom signal aviation socket
Installing a box indicator light can provide instructions for LED display fault diagnosis.
3. Install LED power supply
Use screws to fix the LED power supply to the back cover of the box
Install ground wire
Connect the electrical outlet cord to the power cord and connect the power cord between the two power sources
Combine the white outlet power cord with the first power cord and connect it to the second power source
This is the power connection cable of the LED receiving card
Connect the power cord to the LED module
4. Install the LED receiving card
Use screws to fix the LED receiving card in the cabinet power box and connect the power cord
Connect the power cable and signal cable to the LED module of rental LED display
5. LED display aging test
Connect the quick lock between the LED screens and insert the signal wire and power wire between the screens
