First of all, the LED display screens are placed on the turnover car one by one. And they are pushed to the waterproof test area by using three or four turnover cars. This ensures that each rental LED screen can participate in the waterproof test and be evaluated.
Next, pull up the waterproof test curtain to ensure that water does not flow into the test area. This is to achieve a relatively closed environment, making the test results more accurate and reliable.
Then, adjust the timer to 15 minutes, and turn on the power switch to start the waterproof test. Besides, the use of a timer ensures each screen receives the same test conditions for the same period of time. At this stage, the rental LED display will continue to be subjected to 15 minutes of heavy rain simulation to test its waterproof performance.
After the test, the power switch will be automatically turned off. And the test trolleys are then pushed out of the testing area and moved to the dehydration area. Use an air compressor spray gun to remove moisture from the surface of the LED screen box for further inspection.
Next, the quality personnel will open the rental LED screen boxes one by one, and carefully check whether there is water inside. The water resistance test is considered passed only when no water has been found inside any of the cabinets. If water ingress is found in any tank, quality personnel will investigate the cause and take appropriate action. After the treatment is completed, re-do the waterproof test until all the cabinets pass the test.
Through above steps, it is ensured that the waterproof performance of the screen can reach IP65 waterproof grade. So this allows the LED display to safely operate in outdoor environments.
