It shows another method of installing 640x480mm die-cast front service LED screen. We fix the cabinets to the rectangular tube structure by steel plates and screw bolts. The steel plates with four nuts are provided by our company. The installation steps are as following.
Compared to the magnetic installation method(each cabinet with 4 M10 magnets), this installation method(we can call it as nut-plate installation) is more reliable and cheaper. But it takes longer time for the installation, and you need to build the rectangular tube structure on the spot.
