Before installing the EagerLED indoor EA640F2 front service LED display, you need to prepare the following tools: electric drill, hammer, wrench. Next, follow the steps below to install it:
Step 1: Install the Support Frame
1.Determine the installation location of the LED screen. Make sure the location is close to the power supply and has enough space to accommodate the display.
2.Assemble the support bracket according to the manufacturer’s instructions and make sure the connections are secure.
3.Use a tape measure to mark the position of the support bracket on the wall. Then use a spirit level to make sure the bracket is level.
4.Use a suitable drill bit to make pilot holes in the marked locations on the wall and insert wall anchors into the pilot holes.
5.Use screws to fix the support frame on the wall, and use a spirit level to check whether the support frame is level.
Step 2: Mount the Cabinet to the Support Frame
1.Install the power supply unit (PSU) in the cabinet, and connect the power cord of the PSU to the power outlet.
2.Place the cabinet on the support frame and make sure that the cabinet is firmly attached to the support frame.
3.Connect the data cable to the receiving card in the cabinet, and make sure the connection is firm.
4.Install the LED Module into the cabinet following the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
5.Connect the power cord of the LED module and make sure the connection is firm.
Step 3: Install the LED Display
1.Install the control card into the cabinet, and connect the data cable from the control card to the receiving card.
2.Turn on the power switch and check whether the LED module works normally.
3.Set up the LED display using the software provided by the manufacturer, configuring the display settings as desired.
4.Finally, test the display to make sure it is working properly.
