1. Description
ICND2038S is a driver IC specially designed for LED displays, using 16 channels of constant current sink output. ICND2038S integrates “Noise Free TM” technology, which has excellent anti-interference characteristics, so that the constant current and low gray effects are not affected by the PCB board. Different external resistors can be used to adjust the output stage current and accurately control the LED brightness. ICND2038S adopts precise current control technology internally, which can reduce the inter-chip error to less than ±2.0% and the inter-channel error to less than ±2.0%.
ICND2038S will cache 16-bit display data during the display process (OE=0), so the system can continue to store 16-bit serial data during the display process of ICND2038S. Compared with general-purpose constant current source chips, the refresh rate can be increased by more than 50%.
ICND2038S adds register configuration on the basis of ICN2038. In addition to the original ghost elimination function, it effectively improves low gray color cast, pitting, darkening of the first line and other problems. Internally integrated 4-bit current gain adjustment.
