The LED Display is the same as other items, and it will inevitably encounter various problems during use. When using a full-color LED Display, the following eight problems may cause difficulties or affect the use of large screens. And it can also extend its service life.
1. The heat dissipation design of the LED Displayscreen, the led will generate heat when it is working. And it will affect the speed attenuation and stability of the led when the temperature is too high, so the heat dissipation design of the pcb board will affect the display performance of the led.
2. Design a reasonable current value: The standard current of the led is 20 mA. Generally, it is strongly recommended that the maximum current should not exceed 80% of the standard current, especially for large screen displays with very small dot pitch.
As the heat dissipation is not very good, measures should be taken to reduce the current value.
According to research, due to the different attenuation speeds of the three colors of the LED Display, the current value of a certain color can be bottomed out, and the white balance of the large screen can be maintained for a long time, thereby extending the life of the LED Display.
3. Mixed lights: LED lamp beads of the same color but different brightness need to be mixed, or the light insertion diagram is designed according to the discrete law to insert the lights, so that the brightness of each color can be consistent.
If there is a problem in this process, the local brightness of the large screen will be uneven, which will directly affect the display effect of the LED Display.
