Setting Up the Rental LED Screens LED Cabinets
First, place the Rental LED Screens LED cabinets on level ground and connect them using the quick locks on both sides. Ensure someone supports the LED cabinet during installation to prevent it from falling. Install the Rental LED Screens LED cabinet on the rear bracket by aligning the two holes under the connecting plate with the LED cabinet holes, screwing in the connecting plate screws, and tightening them with a wrench.
Installing the First and Second Rows
Continue installing the Rental LED Screens LED cabinets and rear brackets between every two cabinets. Start with the first row of cabinets. Next, move to the second row of Rental LED Screens LED cabinets. After aligning them, lock the quick locks on the bottom and sides, screw in the connecting plate screws, and attach them to the rear bracket. Repeat this process to complete the second row.
Securing Brackets and Completing Rows
Install the second row of brackets by aligning the holes of the two brackets, screwing in the bracket screws, and tightening them with a wrench. Fix the second row of Rental LED Screens LED cabinets to the second row of brackets. Proceed to install the third row of LED cabinets, securing them to the second layer of brackets using the same method.
Connecting Signal and Power Cables
Insert the signal cable into the lower interface of the Rental LED Screens LED cabinet and connect all cabinets. Align the power cord plugs with their respective interfaces and connect them. Insert signal lines on the right side to connect the second and third rows in series. Connect the main signal lines to the first and second rows, leading to the video processor. Series-connect the power cords for the second and third rows and connect the main power cords to the first and second rows. A green light will indicate a successful power connection.
Configuring the LED Screen
Open “NovaLCT” software, click synchronization, and log in with the default password. Navigate to display settings, receiving card, and load the pre-prepared configuration file. Connect the screen by adjusting the ratio of the receiving card size to match the cabinet ratio. Reset all settings, configure Ethernet ports for each row, enable mapping, and send to HW. Once successful, the configuration is complete.
